I have to say that they are the nicest people I've met when going to the dentist. I've been going to Family Dental for over 10 years. When I first started going to them, they re-did all my fillings and I had to have a root canal done and put a crown on. The root canal was not done properly as a piece of material had broken and the tooth had cracked. Fast forward over 10 years later and they tell me they're going to replace the crown on that tooth. Fine. After having the permanent crown put in, an infection started on my gum from one of the roots and after a specialist saw me, he only recommended I have the tooth pulled and put an implant!! Dr. Biala does not see you personally. She has a bunch of people working but they seem to rotate too much. Some start but some are not there more than a few months. I really like them and because I don’t have to pay so much out of pocket every time I come in, I just deal with it. It is what it is. Hope I never have any more problems.

Excellent service, clean facility, latest tech in dentistry as well which was impressive!

Appointments are fairly painless and the Dr. Biala and her specialists are very well trained and ensure you feel welcome, comfortable, and safe during cleanings and other procedures.

Conveniently located off the main road, it's easy to get in and out of for a quick cleaning even during a lunch break or right after work!

Highly recommend Dr. Biala if you are looking for high quality service that you can keep coming back to for your semi-annual checkups and any other dental needs!

Superd service and staff ate friendly , patient and accomodating. Dr Fe Biala is a great dentist very patient and experienced. I recommend her clinic in Milpitas and Mountain View as well. Kudos to you Doc Fe and staff…

Let me first say, I am very afraid of the dentist. I went in today because an old filling had cracked. The Dr. explained what my options were and Maria at the front desk was helpful and fast at finding my insurance coverage. I was made to feel calm and well cared for. Everyone helped me feel at ease. Thank you, and I'll come back!! (BTW: I've never been to the same dentist twice!)
