I was short tempered, having mood swings and every old injury was talking to me. My regular doctor said try a men's clinic. So, I did. They did a surprisingly comprehensive evaluation and recommended treatment. It took a couple of months to get everything dialed in but my quality of life has been massively transformed. Give them a call and ask for Hannah to get you started. She is really compassionate and will make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is great and you really feel like they care about you and your well-being.

First thing is the staff is great and very knowledgeable. Went to have my testosterone tested, It was very low. Took two appointments to get a accurate reading. Extremely happy to begin my new journey in the new year to a happier healthier and more energy me. Give it a try you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I am on my fourth visit to the Low T center in Colorado Springs and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations. The process is very straightforward and the staff is always professional and eager to help. Jade and Hannah have been extremely helpful, always ready to answer questions, professional and always greet you with a smile! So far the treatment has been great as I am transitioning from pellets to injections and the entire staff has made every effort to answer all of my questions and concerns. The office is clean and comfortable and I have never waited more than five minutes for each appointment. Overall, this has been a great experience and a huge Thank You to the entire staff for making a personal situation into the most comfortable experience. Thank You , Michael W.

Do these folks ever return emails or anything? Been trying to set something up and make sure I'm preparing for the first round of appointments and nobody will even reply back. Add to that, I spoke to someone who seemed rather indifferent to me and my concerns with the way my treatment was going in the past when I stopped in there in person. Just trying to get switched over to a clinic where they take their practice at least fairly seriously. Seems like the ladies up in the front were just wanting to talk at me and not try to help me get in.

The Clinic is fantastic and so is the staff there. If you go in for every shot I highly recommend them.
*With that said* if you live a ways out and opt for self injections, AVOID any clinic that uses Village Lane Apothecary to ship injections, the pharmacy couldn't deliver a cold with consistency. Out of 10 months going to the Low T Center I had injections delayed 5 times (as they ship a months supply that means 50% of the time i didn't have an injection on scuedule... if you dont know, that's terrible.). Sadly, after switching clinics it seems that the dumpster fire of a pharmacy is who many use. Untill they find a better source for their self inject patients i absolutly cannot recommend them.

Again, the Low T Center is a good clinic and the staff is great, but that does no good at all when you live over an hour out and the pharmacy they use has never heard the pop (the first sound they'd hear if they pulled their heads out of their a**).

Over priced treatment. Seems like a joke how they are licensed to do this. The “doc” couldn’t explain my labs to me. I knew more about my lab results than them. The female receptionists are snooty. If you can’t get TRT from anywhere else, and are desperate than go ahead and go here. Otherwise you’re better off going to another clinic, or getting it off the street.

I have never left a negative online review in my entire life, but this place has really gone downhill after being bought out by another company. I have had to seek TRT treatments through another clinic ( not the TRT Center ) after having my last prescription delayed for over a month due to an issue with Village Lane Apothecary.

At the same time my prescription was delayed, I had placed an order for Semaglutide that also took close to 6 weeks to get to the treatment center ( I needed to pick it up ). Every time I called the TRT center for status, they told me " we'll call you when it arrives " Turns out after my 4th call I was told they actually don't see any order placed for Semaglutide, but they will get it placed right away... So the receptionist never even checked the status of my order for my first 3 calls.... Anyhow, after they placed my order over a month after I paid for it, I was then able to pick it up about a week later.. Very disappointing.

Before leaving this review, I happened to see another review about the app you used to be able to use for this center, but the reveew said now you can't use it anymore.. This is true, you no longer have a way to check your lab results through the app anymore. It's just not the same place it used to be and I recommend going elsewhere if this office was your go-to treatment center, that's what I did at least.
