My mom is always treated poorly at this location. There is a rep there by the name of Jonathan who consistently refuses to help her. He told her she had to buy an entire phone because he couldn’t fix the issue. She went to another location, and they promptly repaired her device. His lack of care and customer service skills make me wonder how he’s still employed there. He needs to find another job if he doesn’t like dealing with people. There are people out here that really want a job, give up the seat if you don’t want to be in it!

El trabajador que me atendió muy mal servicio quería restablecer mi línea y ocupar mi mismo número
Pero ellos me dijeron que no pueden solucionar mi problema que necesito comprar nuevamente otro número y pues por lo tanto realizar un nuevo plan y que las políticas ya cambiaron etc.
Muy mal atendido tuve que salirme de ahí y buscar otra tienda de la misma fui en la siguiente y de ahí en un por tres quedo mi teléfono solo mi pidieron una contraseña de 8 dígitos que tú creas al crear la cuenta

I've been a customer of Metro PCS for a few years off and on and I usually have good service at a low rate..they used to have a store in Mount Pleasant that was convenient and efficient. Since its closing i've been using the downtown Charleston store on Meeting street. Today they were supposed to be open until 6 o clock however when I showed up at 4 the door was locked. I didn't see anyone inside and I knocked for a few seconds with no response. Just disappointed they are letting customers wonder what's going on..can't go to their sister company T-Mobile either...they wont assist Metro customers. Not very professional. I expected more from this company.

We went to Metro on Wednesday to look at and price iPhones. Was greeted by Develle (460 1/2 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403) who was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in. On Thursday we went back because of all the information given about the iPhones. I upgraded from a Android Samsung Galaxy A02s to an iPhone11 ? Develle gave detailed instructions to how to transfer my google info to my iPhone/iCloud. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

o far I have been happy with MetroPCS, as the service is not any worse than the big 4, but the value is greater. The store on Savannah Highway in West Ashley has great service, but I do not live nearby.

Today I visited the Meeting street store, and upon walking in, the two women working did not look up from their cell phone, and eventually said welcome to MetroPCS, but did not look up. I told them that I saw a promotion and that I would like to sign up for it. They told me I can call MetroPCS directly. I asked that since I was in the store, could they do it for me, as other stores have in the past for me. One lady puts her head in her arm and laughs, and then leaves it there until I leave eventually. I again asked if they could just call, since they work there, even though it is possible to call. They said no. I said that I wouldn't come back, which would probably make them happy, as I they do not want to help customers, and left.

When I first was becoming a MetroPCS customer I came to the store about an hour before they closed, and the worker had the phones put away already. I asked if I could see a couple that I was interested in and she said no, they were already locked up, but I could look online. I told her I already knew the information about the phone, but wanted to actually see them. Not possible.

I am not sure if the owner/manager knows about this, or maybe he is ok with it. It does not seem like this location wants repeat customers or wants to sell anything, and in that case, would be better off closing, as the location could house a more worthwhile business.
