Was here in early 2000
Went today and they pointed me in the right direction to get medical
Records synchronized made me feel like a normal person and it was nice to smile at all the families even though I had to put on a mask after entry.

God bless all you do for everyone the little children’s remember you and I’m thankful this place exists.

I had a very bad experience with the appointment scheduling staff of Seattle Children Hospital.
Our appointment was at 10:30 am for my son Abdul Aziz for his knee X-ray. We went to their Everett location as we were not clearly instructed about the location just about the entrance. Also they have written our address and zip code wrong so i wasn’t able to check in and they locked the link. We took off from our work and went to Everett. There they told us that the appointment is in Seattle location. She talked to someone in Seattle and asked us to go to Seattle. We went to Seattle after covering the distance of 41 minutes. There they said that the appointment time is over, they haven’t received any call from Everett and we have to reschedule. Our whole day was ruined because of their staff’s mismanagement. Then today I was rescheduling and the appointment scheduling staff is saying that there is no such order from his provider when previously they clearly said that his provider has ordered the X-ray and today they are saying that their own provider will check and will do x-ray if needed. I don’t know what to do and where to complain.

I had a wonderful experience at Seattle Children's Hospital. Dr. McMannis was incredibly caring and competent, and she made my child feel at ease from the moment we arrived. My child was anxious, but everyone was patient and never pushed him to do anything he wasn't comfortable with. Dr. McMannis took the time to explain everything and made sure he felt supported throughout the visit.

The entire staff at the clinic/hospital works so well together, creating a positive and welcoming environment. It's clear they genuinely care about the well-being of the kids and families they serve. We are so grateful for the exceptional care my child received, and I would highly recommend Seattle Children's to anyone seeking pediatric care.

I don't have anything to say besides THANK YOU! Thank you so much for caring for my week old boy.

The nicu team is phenomenal! At least the team who was in charge of my son.
The genetics team, neurologists and nurses i will never get tired of thanking you for all your work! My son was indeed in good hands.

I was 1 week post csection, my son got flown here with seizures because the hospital in our city was not equipped enough to handle his medical needs.

The flight was terrifying but the life flight team was amazing, the way they treated me and my son will ever be in my heart. Thank you so much! Keep being awesome for all the kids and family who need you!

Took our Daughter in on Thursday night. By Sunday they had not had her take a bath or change clothes. Complete negligence on behalf of the caretakers there.

We had to call them constantly to get any updates. Promises to do their jobs and make it right were empty and they continued to fail us and our daughter.

After a week of her being neglected by an incompetent staff and facility we decided to take her home. We never heard from our assigned case manager.

It's our first time visiting the hospital. We went to the wrong level 8 that security man was very nice. He directed us to level 6 which is the level we need to be on. We got off the elevator and the security guy with glasses who is there today was very rude. We don't know the check in process. He could have said hi welcome! Everyone must check in and present I.D we all would have done just so. My children were very intrigued with the decor they had and fish tanks so they stepped a few feet away along with my sons cartaker to follow while we checked in my son. The security guy keep saying you have to check in you have to check in.. I was so confused because that's what I was doing checking my son in. Then he got a rude tone saying all of you have to check in. I then told him it's our first time here we didn't know. So I'm at the reception that man bald who was also very rude said I need I.d so we all at this point are getting ID out then he said again rude I need your guys id's. Its like obviously he can't see that's what we were doing. Then he started to ask my 15 Year old aggressively how old are you what's you name. My son was very intimidated by the reception man.i didn't like the fear i seen in my son. I then told him you and the security officer are very intimidating the security officer heard me tell the receptionist that he then felt the need to mumble words. Then the receptionist tried to make a joke about his attitude. Which at this point I felt disrespected, profiled, discriminated against on. So now I'm walking out of my sons appointment we are done. the security man wants to stare at us while we walk out mad dogging us. Then I hear the receptionist talking very sweet to a lady who obviously was a different race. I'm so disappointed in the security staff and receptionist. It's like come on now its a childrens hospital not the secret service building

We cannot say enough good things about SCH. Our newborn grandson was born with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. The entire staff of SCH took excellent care of him during his entire stay. Thank you!

Came here for my son's surgery. All the Hosptial staff that we met were really nice, we were well informed about the procedure and post operative care.
Food: options aren't that great, some of it was kinda stale.
They do have few other services for families on floor 7, the chapel was a peaceful place, to just be.

Post operative call/follow up is also something that I valued alot.
