The employees in this store definitely needs Customer Service training . We walked into the store and none of the 3 associates greeted us. Instead of welcoming us into the store , the continued talking among themselves. What a way to make a Customer feel like unwanted , and show me that they didn't want to be bothered. I would NEVER again step foot in this store !!!

I have been a customer of T-Mobile on North 17 in Mt. Pleasant for several years. I recently upgraded to a new phone and brought my old one in for help in transferring data to the newly purchased one. Two employees, Janiya and Noah, each spent two hours with me on two different days answering my questions and fixing bugs in the transfer process. I was so impressed with their customer service, patience and technical knowledge both demonstrated with me, a senior citizen. I highly recommend visiting this store for your mobile phone needs.

My brother-in-law got me an internet because I'm moving and my kids desesoerated need internet and t mobile home was the fastest and they had already recommended it to me. The fact is that when my ED arrived I canceled and got one in my name, they told me to return the device and take it. to the store and they didn't receive it, I called costumer service and they told me that it would arrive by mail where to send it and it never arrived. I called again because I needed to return it and they told me the same thing and nothing ever arrived. Now after 3 months they are charging me $300 for not returning it and I I don't have that money and they never sent me a reminder to return the device but they did send me the charge since it is $300 dollars, what can I do? I STILL HAVE THE THIN I THE BOX PRACTICALLY NEW

Horrible experience
They sold me a brand new iPhone 15 Pro and it was a lemon from The start.
Would not hold a charge, screen constantly freezing up, and on one of the recent tests Tmobile stated the phone was not receiving phone calls
I have battled T-Mobile and Apple for six months and all of which refused to do anything about it.
I’ll never deal with T-Mobile again and I will never deal with another Apple product.
These are billion dollar companies who care nothing about their customer only their bottom line.

The wife and I came in to get her a new Iphone. At first we we were helped fairly quickly. She picked out a new cell phone but the man helping us had to get one that had 256GB. The guy said he had to go in the back to get another iPhone. I swear I thought he left to go to lunch. We sat there for about 20 minutes before he came back. When he came back, he said nothing to us. This man was one of the worst sales associates I have ever seen. He lacked professionalism and empathy to my wife’s situation. He had 0 personality. It is disheartening to see such a decline in the quality of service that we have come to expect from T-Mobile over the years.
I truly doubt my experience will be taken seriously by T-Mobile given all of the other similar negative comments I’ve read. T-Mobile just sends a canned response back stating the following:
“It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future.”

Well T-Mobile, you obviously do not have have high standard customer service. If you did, you would have taken better action on fixing this stores poor customer service ratings a long time ago.
I also plan on updating my iPhone. After seeing what my wife experienced, I will not be going to T-Mobile.
