Don’t go to this store! I typically don’t like to leave bad reviews but I went in with my boyfriend cause he was trying to upgrade his phone that he has had for almost a decade. He was originally with sprint and then switched to T-Mobile since sprint got bought out.
To start the girls working didn’t even open the store on time. The chick that helped us with the two nose piercings had the I don’t want to help you attitude. She told him that because of his plan he couldn’t upgrade his device without $1000. Didn’t offer to go over phone or plan options to work with him when he has been a long time loyal customer. He’s never missed a payment.

Now they just lost a customer and he came on my plan with Verizon. If you don’t enjoy customer service maybe it’s time to find a new job sis. This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

I never thought I would give this store such a bad rating, it had always been one of my favorites, but for a couple of years each time the customer service treats you worse, everyone with a bad face, they never welcome you, it seems like they don't love you sell a phone, they don't give you good information. Terrible service, I will never return.If I could give zero stars I would.

I am literally shocked to even be writing a stupid review. I have come to this tmobile to upgrade my phone four times this week. I have interacted with the most unhelpful staff filled with misinformation. I waited 10 minutes for a safe to open to get my phone only to be informed they didn't even have my phone.... I am exhausted. They told me I had other things I needed to do with my phone so I went to get it done at the place they sent me to and it was the completely wrong place. Awful service really.

This is the best experience I have had at T mobile. The staff that helped my wife and I were very friendly and nice and were very efficient at taking care of our needs and questions. This is a BIG thank you for a great experience.

Terrible customer service. After 13 years of service I’ve come to this location frequently you and it appears there’s been changes. Even with T mobile on the phone and verifying that manager could fix the issue manager refused. Incompetent and untrained staff front desk kid excused himself as it’s my fourth week I don’t know…., can’t say much about the manager because he was just as inept and lacked the ability to make any kind of managerial decision, he was a “can’t do” kinda fella , after presenting him with the representative on the phone his response was “ I’m not paying for it.. bla bla I’m hurt that I was proven wrong,….” not sure how he ended up as a “manager” if u need customer service avoid this place. Kudos to the phone rep that apologized for the “lazy” manager great service from her.
