Excellent full-service BB&T bank. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the building. The teller inside was friendly, efficient and professional. It was slow when I first got there but then several people came in behind me and she handled their transactions quickly and got them on their way. This is a rather large building, there’s a drive up with an ATM and easy access from the street.

WORST banking experience of my life. Made an 11:30 appt for a new business account. Got there at 11;15 and was IGNORED. One women couldn't help me because she was going to lunch at 11:30. I waited until 12 to be seen - and I was on a short timeline. By 12:45 I needed to leave and the guy still had not opened my account. I kept saying I need to leave I have to work. Finally I asked what the hold up was...he told me to leave. He didn't want to be rushed. DO NOT GO HERE. They clearly don't care about their customers if they don't honor appointments. And not being able to open an account in under 1 hour is concerning. You will never get good service with this bank. Go to Wells

I rarely have a need to go into the bank these days, but this location is always the most convenient. I have banked with Truist (BB & T) for decades! The wait times have always been reasonable and each employee seems very interested in providing good customer service.
This week I had to accomplish two transactions; cashing a check from another bank and obtaining printed bank statements for the past 6 months. Alexandra is the banker who took care of me; she had just come in the front door and immediately called me to the service window without a second of delay! After cashing the check without any issue/concerns; she suggested I take a seat while she printed the statements. I wasn't in a hurry at all, but I don't think it took her 3 minutes!! She even brought the copies out to me in the lobby waiting area rather than call me back up to her window and graciously asked me if I needed help with anything else. EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you, Alexandra!!!

HORRIBLE! Opened a biz acct. Took 28 days to receive debit card. Went to branch 9 times to inquire. My acct and online access got locked. The bank staff sent emails to try to unlock. I was told to stop back, again. The same day the card came in the, I received 3 letters telling me the acct was closed for fraud! They gained and lost a customer in less 30 days. Three other people I told about said their brief experience with this bank was horrible. Hours are terrible. No card issue on site. Truist fails!

Called this bank to verify wiring instructions for a transaction with a yacht builder and they refused to verify any information. This is a standard banking practice and the people were incredibly RUDE!

Do your self a favor and drive the mile to the Wilton manors branch. This branch is terrible, rude, snark tellers, lazy they love handing out cards and say call the 800 number. Was told they could not help me with my issue call 800 and it will take 3-4 weeks. Went to see Michael at the wilton manors branch everything was handled in less than 24 hours. Goes to show you they don’t care at all and have no clue what to do at this sunrise location. If it wasn’t for Michael I would’ve pulled every red penny out of their bank and went somewhere else like wells Fargo for my banking. Screw this place.

I do not have an acct here however my employers do and once a month I go and cash a check there. Today I went to do this and there was someone I have never seen there before and she came back and told me she couldn’t do it, I asked why and she looked at her coworker and they laughed and she said go ask the one that gave you this check. In the past if any issues, they explain the problem or call to verify- they did nothing but waive me off- extremely rude
